What You’ll Do:
The Senior Director, Real World Evidence (RWE) / Health Economic Outcomes Research (HEOR) at Kailera Therapeutics will report to the VP of Medical Affairs. The Senior Director will lead the development and execution of our real-world evidence and health economics strategy to support novel therapies for obesity and related diseases. This role will play a critical role in shaping how our therapies are perceived by payers, providers, and the broader healthcare ecosystem. The Senior Director will collaborate cross-functionally to develop and implement RWE/HEOR strategies that demonstrate the value of our innovations in obesity care and related diseases—supporting access, adoption, and long-term impact.
Preferred location: Waltham, MA or San Diego, CA (onsite or hybrid 2-3 days per week).

$210,000 - $270,000 USD
