Your missions :

The HEOR Senior Manager will contribute to translate Ceva’s products and technologies’ systemic impact in our major markets’ economies, agriculture and government expenditure. The successful candidate will play an important role in developing economic models based on real-world evidence in support of market-access activities, public policy advocacy, and in the dissemination of tools and methods across our global businesses and national or regional operations. The HEOR Senior Manager will also develop and nurture relationships with key opinion leaders and academic institutions to identify credible sources of RWE applicable to our economic-modelling activities.

Main responsibilities :

  • Lead and organize the company’s HEOR analytical activities.
  • Build and collect real-world evidence related to Ceva’s priority products.
  • Elaborate economic models to demonstrate the systemic impact of Ceva’s products, especially in support of its livestock franchises.
  • Develop content to support the development of market access strategies, negotiations with governmental organizations, and government-related aspects of product launches or market expansion.
  • Build economic-modeling tools and other market access-related resources, and disseminate them across Ceva’s regions and national markets.
  • Tailor HEOR models and economic narratives to country-specific needs in Ceva’s major markets.
  • Build relationships with opinion leaders, academic organizations, and other professionals or entities who/which can contribute to advance economic arguments in support of Ceva’s products.

 

Your profile :

Must-haves :

  • 7+ years of experience in HEOR in the life-science industries, preferably in animal health or livestock-related companies.
  • Degree in veterinary, public health, health economics, biology or other life-science fields. Other educational backgrounds may be considered based on relevant experience for the role.
  • Master’s degree or PhD in health economics or statistics.
  • Proven track record in economic modelling in the life sciences.
  • Previous work within or in support of market access teams.
  • Excellent written and oral proficiency in English.
  • Ideal location: France or other large EU markets. A US position could be considered for an exceptionally qualified candidate.

Other requirements – desirable but not necessarily mandatory :

  • International professional and educational experience
  • Professional proficiency in at least another language spoken in a priority market, besides English (French, German, Spanish, Mandarin, Japanese, etc).
  • Willingness to travel 10-15% of the time.
  • Extensive network in the international HEOR professional community.
  • If working remotely from a Ceva site, strong discipline to self-motivate and remain productive.
  • Ability to work across matrixed organizations and collaborate with peers in different functions and disciplines.
