Job Description:

In this role, the candidate will be responsible of coordinate a multidisciplinary team in the design and construction of dossiers for HTA submissions of all the portfolio, in Latin America. This role has a strategic impact at a regional level and at each operating company in LATAM. As member of the regional Market Access Team, the specialist has a wide perspective of the strategy of each therapeutic area at each country, with active participation in the strategic conversations.

The HEOR & Strategic Pricing Senior Specialist shall guarantee the highest quality and guideline's compliance in all deliverables developed by the Center of Excellence (CoE) for Janssen's Portfolio. He/She shall also integrate regional/local strategy and key value messages to reimbursement dossiers, economic models or tools, value stories, pricing analysis, among other deliverables prepared by the EBM or Modelling Specialist across LATAM countries. The Senior Specialist should have outstanding communication skills to transfer knowledge of each CoE deliverable to local teams (including field teams). Besides, He/She must have a strong background in epidemiologic knowledge as well as in health economics (i.e. health technology assessment). He/She should also have strategic thinking, project management and teamworking skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Write dossiers based on Latin America country specific requirements
  • Develop value decks that can be easily adapted to decision makers
  • Conduct quality control and compliance review of the dossiers sent to decision-making bodies (public and private)
  • Analyze price & reimbursement strategies
  • Develop health economics competitive intelligence based on data available in the public domain

Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in actuarial, economics or health related areas.
  • Master's or Diploma in Pharmacoeconomics or similar
  • HTA training (preferred)

Experience and Skills:

Required:

  • High technical knowledge in Health economics
  • Previous negotiation conversations with key external stakeholders
  • Teamwork capabilities
  • Experience on collaborating with other areas as Marketing, Medical Affairs, Government Affairs and Patient Advocacy to analyze external insights and develop Market Access Strategy.
  • Articles, posters or abstracts publications of Health economics (preferred)
