Nature of Work
Under the general supervision of the Program Manager, this position provides administrative oversight and coordination of provider services for the Vaccines for Children (VFC) program. Responsibilities include managing provider orders, returns, waste, transfers, storage and handling, enrollment and training. The position also routinely monitors provider inventory and reconciliations to identify and resolve discrepancies. Additional support for special projects as needed.

Minimum Qualifications
Training: Graduation from an accredited four-year college or university.
Substitution: Full-time or equivalent part-time paid experience in paraprofessional or responsible clerical work at a level consistent with the work performed by an Office Assistant 3 and which required application of state and federal laws and/or guidelines, may be substituted for the required training on a year-for-year basis.
