Pay Range
$18.50 - $27.75Supports the department by completing daily tasks and assigned projects. Provides excellent customer service and promotes teamwork. The tasks for this position include participant recruitment (calling WHI Risk it? participants and enrolling them into the study), mailing out radon test results to each participant, managing the participant calendar as s/he completes phone calls, and packaging study materials and preparing them for shipment to each participant.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
1. Performs a variety of general office activities to support the department.
2. Organizes work activities to ensure completion on time.
3. Processes incoming/outgoing mail.
4. Creates and maintains accurate filing/record system.
5. Resolves problems to improve customer service.
